As we enter a second round of lockdown, it hits a bit differently. Things have changed once again and priorities may have shifted, but some shouldn’t be neglected – especially your Mental Health. You may not have seen your immediate or extended family for a while and you will probably have been limited in activities that are meaningful to you. This lockdown, it can be overwhelming, but don’t be afraid to speak up. It’s ok to not be ok.
Call a friend or family member, go for a walk, try a new hobby or if your struggling, reach out to the many organisations out there for support. You’re not alone and we can get through it together.
