Our goal at Personal Best Physiotherapy is to provide the the very best care for ALL our patients. In return we ask that you be on time for your appointments and give us plenty of notice if you cannot attend, so we can offer that time to another patient or person in need.
If you are unwell on the day of your appointment or you have a family or work emergency, please call Mary or Judy as early as possible (you can leave a message if you are calling after hours).
We reserve the right to charge you a $50 cancellation fee for your appointment if you do not give us 24 hours notice of changing your appointment. This is a similar cancellation policy that you might have with your doctor, dentist, specialist or other health provider.
