What’s Happening at Personal Best This October?

We are pleased to welcome Racquel Stevens to our team! Racquel is a second year physio student at Charles Sturt University and she will be helping us out in a new role we created for an Adminstrative Assistant.  Expect to see Racquel filling in for me at our front desk from time to time, as well as at our regular workshops.  Please make her feel welcome the next time you’re at our practice!

Nathan’s consulting hours have changed to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.  His diary is currently filling up 2-3 weeks ahead, so if you’ve been thinking about booking in, call me today so you can get your preferred day and time.

Rob and Nathan have been implementing the treatment methods and techniques they learnt at the McKenzie Part B course back in August, with very good results.  The McKenzie approach to treatment is systematic, logical and very effective for treating back and neck pain.  If you are struggling with back or neck pain, we suggest booking in with Rob or Nathan and we will show you how quickly we can change your pain and movement.

Natasha’s hours have changed to allow her to spend more time with her family.  She is only working late on a Tuesday evening, but to offset her lack of late appointments she has opened up an 0830 spot each morning to help patients who work 9-5 hours.
