The Personal Best Difference

When we asked our past and present patients “How are we different?” they told us we are holistic in our approach.  What does this mean? It means we work hard to understand not just your injury or problem but also you as a person, your goals and any barriers to recovery.  We spend more time with you than our competition to make sure we get a handle on all of these things.  This gives you the best shot at getting better and returning to your normal activities.

What Should You Do Next?

If you’re ready to begin feeling better, call Mary, Phoebe or Racquel on 6056 6616  –  they will help you find a time that works for you to come in for your Initial Appointment.  If you’re browsing after hours, send us an email through our Contact Us page and Mary will get back to you as soon as possible with our appointment availability.  If you have private health insurance with extras cover you can claim a rebate on your Initial Appointment on the day through our HICAPS facility.

What to expect at your Initial Appointment

At your Initial Appointment we do five things.  First, we enquire about your problem – how did it come about, how is it impacting you and what are your goals for treatment?  This leads to assessment where we identify key impairments in the body and pull these findings together to give you a clear diagnosis.  Next comes treatment, using targeted hands-on techniques and exercises to begin the healing process.  We then give you some homework and finally put together a plan that shows you your path to recovery.  We summarise all of this important information in a clear, written Treatment Plan for you.
