Now that the weather is warming up this means keeping on top of your water intake to help prevent dehydration. This is something that comes easy for some people however others have trouble drinking the suggested requirements of around 2 litres per day.

Water is important for maintaining health, carrying nutrients and oxygen to cells, regulation of body temperature, cushioning of joints and moisturising the skin.

To make sure I drink enough water, I occasionally add a infusing tea bag or a couple of slices of lemon, orange or lime to a bottle of cold water.  Drinking plain soda water can also make it a bit easier to get your volume of water intake up.
