Tim’s ambition as a physiotherapist is to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals and facilitate their engagement in the activities they enjoy.  He previously lived and worked in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne but has sought a tree change in Albury-Wodonga. Tim completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at Deakin University before undertaking a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice at La Trobe University.  Tim  joined the team at Personal Best in January 2021 and works Monday through to Thursday at the practice.

Tim has a special interest in treating low back pain, all tendon problems, and knee pain.   His background in Exercise and Sports Science, together with his previous experience as a personal trainer, gives him a passion for strength and conditioning.  This in turn spurs his continued interest in human movement and rehabilitation.  Tim has been instrumental in updating our Video Library with clear, practical videos on how to do common exercises properly, helping you not only get the most out of the exercise but also reduce your risk of hurting yourself – you can find links to some of Tim’s great videos below.

When Tim is not in the clinic he can be found exploring the outdoors, strength training and channelling his inner MasterChef.
