After “making it” through the Stage 3 restrictions of March and April our practice was slowly returning to normal – then came the recent border closure between NSW and Victoria!  I want to let our NSW patients know that we are here for you – here’s 3 things we are doing to help:

  1. With Mary’s professional approach at the front desk, we run on time.  It is rare that we are more than 10 minutes behind schedule, and there is no difficulty crossing the border INTO victoria, so you don’t have to allow extra time to get TO your appointment.
  2. If you need help to get your cross-border permit, give Mary a call at the front desk on 6056 6616 and she can help you out over the phone.
  3. If you need some advice on what to do at home from your physio, please call or email us.  You can email us using the Contact Us function on our website – easy!

I want to say thank you to everyone who completed our Annual Survey back in April.  Your feedback has set the scene for what Personal Best will become and I am excited to say that Personal Best will offer more services over the next 12-18 months and will look different to what it does today.  Such a transformation cannot happen without focus, sustained effort and a willingness to work through problems as they arise.  Interestingly, these are the same three things required from you to get back to normal after pain, injury or illness.  So I ask you “If I am going to have a crack at this, why can’t you?”
